Cream Cheese Ball
HUNTINGTON -- The Herald- Dispatch reader Danita Hicks submitted this recipe for a Cream Cheese Ball.
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
11/2 cups dried beef, run this through a food chopper, but don't make it too fine.
Directions
Add softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, horseradish and 1/2 cup of the dried beef. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Shape into a ball, and roll the ball in the remaining dried beef to coat the outside of the ball. Enjoy with your favorite crackers.
