Election of officers
The Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 177 in Barboursville had an election of new officers on Monday, May 5. The following is the list of the 2008-2009 new officers: Drema Goolsby, president; Sharon Smith, first vice-president; May McComas, second vice president; Kathy Sowards, secretary/treasurer; Verna Davis, chaplain; Mary Adkins, historian; and Donna J. McComas, sergeant at arms.
The installations of new officers will be on Sunday, June 22, at the post home.
