CARL EDWARD BLACK JR., 67, of Barboursville, W.Va., died Jan. 30. He worked at Kohl’s Department Store and retired from Marshall University. MOSES THOMAS CUFFIE JR., 91, formerly of Ironton, widower of Rosemary Williams Cuffie, died Jan. 26 in Rockingham, N.C. He retired from General Telephone Company. SANDRA DELORES DUNKLE, 70, of Ashton, W.Va., wife of Donald Dunkle, died Jan. 30 in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was a retired RN from Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital.
