Boy Scouts build a camp. "They appear to be camping out in the what we called the 'Pony Pasture' in Ceredo," said Cathy Pack. "The picture does not depict Interstate 64 in the one photo of the hill, so this was apparently before I-64 was built. The photo depicting the hill top is where the Crescent Hill Cemetery extended out to before I-64 came through and disturbed the graves. I know this because my great-grandfather was buried in this section of the cemetery, and his grave was lost due to the construction of I-64. The Ceredo Manor and C-K Middle School are on the site today."
