David Ryan Adkins, 26, of Kenova, was charged Friday, Jan. 2, 2009, with seven felony counts of possession with intent to sell.

Kenova Police said a man was running an elaborate operation from his home at 924 Walnut St., with 12 people selling for him and more than 300 customers. Officers reportedly found OxyContin, Adderall, Strattera, Lunesta and a liquid steroid, along with homemade pills and a 40-caliber handgun, ammunition and $3,000 in bundled bills when they made the arrest.

The arrest was part of a two-year investigation by the department.

Courtesy of Western Regional Jail David Ryan Adkins, 26, of Kenova, was arrested Friday night following a two-year investigation by the Kenova Police Department. He is charged with seven counts of possession with intent and is thought to have run an extensive prescription pill operation out of his home since 2004.
