A special delivery made to Milton Middle School on Friday morning was music to the ears of Brenda Graves, the school’s music teacher and band director. The delivery was one that included everything a school would need to start a band, and it all was courtesy of the VH1 Save the Music Foundation and the West Virginia of Culture and History.
