Huntington Police Chief Skip Holbrook said one of the toughest jobs in all of law enforcement is to notify family members in matters such as these. Holbrook spoke after a prepared statement was delivered by HPD Lt. Rocky Johnson that said a female body had been found in the crawlspace beneath the apartment complex where Leah Hickman lived.
