Courtesy of Shea Ashworth Gilda, my 18 month old Airdale, loves to go on long walks in our neighborhood. After I had recent knee surgery, I was unable to walk her. So, I introduced her to the treadmill. She loves it! Now, when the weather prohibits walking outside, Gilda walks 1-2 miles indoors.

I "never" let dogs in my bed, but last week when I put out the sofa bed, he just jumped in bed with them. He has never done that. The kids laughed for 20 minutes. So, I just let him sleep with them."
