Former POW Jessica Lynch, whose wounding and rescue made her one of the Iraq war's most famous soldiers, autographs copies of her book "I am a Soldier, Too" in an interview with the Associated Press in Charleston, W.Va., Monday, March 22, 2004. A year after her ordeal, Lynch continues to grapple with questions ranging from the personal (when to enter college? when to marry?) to the existential (what does her survival mean?).
