A graduation photo of Army Pfc. Jessica Lynch appears in the 2001 Wirt County (W.Va.) High School yearbook. Lynch of the 507th Maintenance Co. of Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Texas, was recently rescued from Iraqi imprisonment. Lynch sustained two broken legs, a broken arm, two gunshot injuries and an injury to her spine as a result of her capture and imprisonment by Iraqi forces.

Pfc. Jessica Lynch, orginally from Wirt County, W.Va., was rescued from Iraqi capture on April 1, 2003. Lynch gained national attention after her rescue and is now a teacher, student and motivational speaker.
