Mother Nature apparently saved the best, or at least the biggest, for last. The storm rolling into Chicago on Tuesday was expected to dump as much as 10 inches on the city.  The storm started Sunday in Montana, hit the Dakotas and Minnesota on Monday and then barreled through Wisconsin and Illinois on its way to Washington, where it was expected late Tuesday night.
