<p>Huntington police&#160;arrested&#160;shooting suspect Carson S. Jeffers. The 44-year-old man was captured without incident about 9:45 a.m. Tuesday. Police charged him with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Michael Shane Sharp, 31, of Huntington.</p>
