Purchase this photoHUNTINGTON -- Pullman Square pulled out all the stops Thursday night as several performances marked the last show of the 2008 Heiner's Concert Series.
The scheduled show featured a variety of area artists, including John Eric Booth, Joe Lambiotte, Stephen Salyers and several others.
Area residents also were scheduled to be able to show their Marshall University pride with a pep rally for the Thundering Herd football team. The Marshall Marching Thunder and cheerleaders were there to pump up the crowd before football coach Mark Snyder was scheduled to speak.
The Alumni Association sold raffle tickets for a chance to win a print from the “We Are Marshall” movie signed by Red Dawson and actor Matthew Fox, who portrayed Red Dawson in the movie. Several other items, including gift certificates from Max & Erma’s and the Marshall Hall of Fame Café, also were to be raffled off.
