Two jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Kenneth Ray Buskirk, 34, was incarcerated at 6:20 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and receiving/transferring stolen property. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Mark Allen Shannon, 52, was incarcerated at 2:45 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony third-offense driving under the influence and third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
