JOSEPH DARRYL BOGAR, JR., 46, of Huntington, husband of Tiffani Bogar, died March 24 at home. He was a dealer at Tri-State Casino. Chapman's Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements, which are incomplete.

MARTHA LOUISE CASEY, 87, of Huntington, widow of Robert Lee Casey, died March 24 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was a retired bookkeeper. PEGGY FEATHERS HARPER, 90, of Ironton, widow of Joseph Ervin Harper, died March 24 in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital, Russell, Ky. She was a homemaker, former key punch operator for Ashland Oil and a dealer/manager for Tupperware.
