Two jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday morning, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Shawn Levar Page, 30, was incarcerated at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with two misdemeanor traffic violations. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Jeffrey Scott Tabor, 24, was incarcerated at 8:10 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with three counts of felony breaking and entering, along with four misdemeanor counts of failing to appear in court and three misdemeanor counts of receiving/transferring stolen property. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
