Four jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Douglas Chad Ramey, 21, was incarcerated at 10:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony child endangerment, along with two counts of misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Herbert Allen Meade, 84, was incarcerated at 8:55 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony intimidating public officials, along with misdemeanor panhandling, loitering and public intoxication. Bond was unavailable.
Shawn Kevin Travis, 28, was incarcerated at 7:45 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with four counts of felony forgery and an unspecified felony warrant. Bond was $40,000.
Jerry Lee Pruett, 45, was incarcerated at 5 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony warrant for failing to appear in court. Bond was denied.
