EMMA HELEN BOWYER, 77, of Milton, W.Va., died March 16. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Bethesda United Methodist Church; burial will be in Milton Cemetery. MARGIE CHRISTINE HIGHTOWER HARRISON FARMER, 85, of Flatwoods, Ky., wife of Clarence Farmer, died March 20 in Ashland (Ky.) Community Hospice Care Center.
