WALTER F. BAILEY, 86, of Riverview, Mich., formerly of Detroit, died March 24. He was a retired steelworker. LOLA EDITH BAKER, 83, formerly of Freeburn, Ky., widow of Bill Baker, Sr., died March 25 in Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center. She was a homemaker. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, Hatfield Funeral Chapel, Toler, Ky.; burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Ky. JOSEPH DARRYL BOGAR, JR., 46, of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Tiffani Bogar, died March 24 at home. He was a dealer at the Tri-State Casino.
