Quilters honoring U.S. military
Rita Patrick of the Creative Quilters Guild sews a quilt on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at the VA Medical in Huntington. The Creative Quilters Guild will be presenting the VA Hospital with quilts made throughout 2012 to honor veterans for Veterans Day.
Purchase this photoHUNTINGTON -- Members of the Creative Quilters of Huntington fired up their sewing machines at the Huntington VA Medical Center Recreation Center on Thursday to honor those who have served in the U.S. military.
The quilters will be presenting the hospital with quilts made throughout the year to honor veterans for Veterans Day.
