Paige Madden crowned as Miss West Virginia
FAIRMONT, W.Va. (AP) — Paige Madden of Moundsville will represent West Virginia in the Miss America Pageant.
Media outlets report that Madden was crowned Miss West Virginia on Tuesday night.
Julie Braunlich of Wheeling was crowned Miss West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen.
The 70th annual state pageant was held at Fairmont State University.
The Miss America Pageant will be held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in September. The Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Pageant will be held in July in Orlando, Florida.
