Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Quinton Lavon Lucas, 18, was incarcerated at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony attempt to commit a felony. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Nicholas Taylor, 21, was incarcerated at 2:35 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony first-degree sexual abuse and misdemeanor public intoxication. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

James Allen Thompson, 24, was incarcerated at Tuesday. Authorities charged him with an unspecified federal offense. Bond was denied.
