Pleasant, sunny week ahead

HUNTINGTON — Tri-State residents dodged any major storm damage this past weekend, and now the region will experience a slight chance of rain showers followed by partly sunny skies.

Forecasters predict a slight chance of rain showers after 1 p.m. Monday. The high temperature will reach 75 degrees. The chance of rain will be 20 percent.

Partly cloudy conditions cover the sky Monday night. The low temperature dips to 57 degrees.

Tuesday brings mostly sunny skies with a high temperature near 75. The overnight low falls to 55 degrees.

Mostly sunny to sunny skies hang around for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The high temperature will range between 78 and 83 degrees.

Overnight low temperatures fall into the upper 50s and low 60s.
