Two jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Steven Michael Cooper, 26, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor obstruction. Bond was $20,000.
Nancy Louise Roach, 36, was incarcerated at 5 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony embezzlement. She was released on an unspecified bond.
