Tygart Lake State Park adds cruises
GRAFTON, W.Va. (AP) — Visitors to Tygart Lake State Park can now take sightseeing cruises on the 1,750-acre lake.
The park in Taylor County recently added sightseeing cruises to its water activities. Cruises with dinner also are available.
Two overnight cruise packages are being offered through Sept. 15. One is sightseeing only and the other offers sightseeing and dinner.
Park Superintendent Brennon O’Sullivan says the cruises aren’t limited to overnight guests. Day visitors also can take the cruises.
Reservations also will be accepted from groups for private tours or dinner cruises.
