Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Quazaa Stephan Farrow, 21, was incarcerated at 4:40 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony home confinement violation. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Toni Lynn Cremeans, 39, was incarcerated at 1:45 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with a felony home confinement violation. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

David Michael Madden, 31, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with two counts felony cultivation of marijuana, along with a felony warrant for failure to appear in court. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
