Eight jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Eight people were among those jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Brandon Michael Murphy, 21, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $75,000.

Kevin Joseph Dorey, 24, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with two counts felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and improper/expired registration. Bond was $70,500.

Keith Dale Carter, 60, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony animal cruelty. Bond was $25,000.

Llewellyn Byron Jenkins, 45, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony third-offense driving under the influence, along with two counts misdemeanor driving on suspended/revoked license. Bond was $30,000.

Brittany Lee Armstead, 24, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with felony bond revocation. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Kathleen Elizabeth Hager, 26, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony grand larceny, conspiracy and burglary. Bond was $3,000.

Evan Edwin Hager, 29, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with grand larceny, conspiracy and burglary. Bond was $12,000.

Joseph Roan Gardner, 26, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony malicious wounding. Bond was $10,000.
