Eight jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Eight people were among those jailed on felony charges since Monday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Alvester Lee Thomas, 33, was incarcerated at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with three counts felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with a single count of misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Kristin Michell Graley, 31, was incarcerated at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Larry Wayne Lawson, 53, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor defective equipment and no insurance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Christopher Shaun Roberts, 24, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor obstruction and embezzlement. Bond was $20,000.

Nikolas Shawn McGuire, 20, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Mason County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Louis Anthony Loughner, 43, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was $15,000.

Keith Lee Bowens, 37, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony malicious wounding, along with misdemeanor petit larceny and violation of a domestic violence order. Bond was $20,000.

Stephen Shane Black, 24, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a felony bond revocation. Bond was denied.
