Three jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were among those jailed on felony charges since Wednesday morning, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Steven Michael Rhodes, 23, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony grand larceny and breaking and entering. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Jessica Howerton, 25, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony child neglect and misdemeanor trespassing. She was released on a $5,000 bond.
Joshua Dale Ferguson, 24, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony child neglect and misdemeanor trespassing. He was released on a $6,000 bond.
