Kroger acquires shopping center in Charleston
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Kroger Co. has acquired a shopping center in Charleston.
Media outlets report that Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors announced the deal Thursday. The sale amount wasn’t disclosed.
Hanley represented a Tennessee-based private investor who sold the property to Kroger Limited Partnership of Cincinnati.
Kroger’s store anchors the Ashton Place Shopping Center.
Hanley senior vice president Kevin Fryman says Kroger plans to renovate and expand its store.
