Five booked on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Seven people were incarcerated early Tuesday morning at the Western Regional Jail, five on felony drug charges, according to booking records.

Kyle Michael Gibbs, 27, of Huntington was arrested by the Huntington Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Alyssia Danielle Black, 19, of Huntington was charged with conspiracy to commit possession with intent.

Dale Ray Burford, 46; Kira Christine Harrold, 23; and Jonda Caroll Grandoni, 44; were all arrested by the West Virginia State Police out of Putnam County on meth charges.

Burfurd, a Poca resident, faces charges of attempting to operate a drug lab, conspiracy to commit a felony and exposure of a child to meth times three.  Harrold, also of Poca, was charged with attempt to operate a drug lab, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance.

Grandoni,  a Winfield resident, faces three counts of exposing a child to meth, possession with intent, tampering with evidence, attempting to operate a drug lab, conspiracy to commit a felony,  and possession of pseudoephrine in an altered state.

All five were awaiting arraignment Tuesday morning.
