59 people arrested, booked overnight in West Virginia

BARBOURSVILLE — There were 59 people arrested and booked over night in West Virginia’s regional jail system.

There were 12 people booked into the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville. Around the state, 9 people were booked into the Southern and the Northern Regional Jails, respectively.

Locally, two people were brought in on felony charges. Both were on parole violations for previous felony charges.


Cartez Keith Howard, 25, was arrested and brought in at 5:35 a.m. Sunday, as was Tyrease Antonio McMillon, 27. They were both brought in by West Virginia Division of Corrections on parole violation charges.
