Six jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Six people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Kevin Kel Segoviano, 25, was incarcerated at 6 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony failure to register as a sex offender. Bond information was unavailable.
Sharon Elaine Wilson, 24, was incarcerated at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Coty Shane Richardson, 21, was incarcerated at 2 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Ryan Richard Davis, 21, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Tandi Rae Porter, 31, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy. She also faces a charge of misdemeanor first-offense shoplifting in Putnam County. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Willis Ray Porter, 33, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony bench warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
