Raymond Eugene Cartwright, 87, of Huntington, died March 8. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. William Wesley Harmon, 64 of Prichard, husband of Ruthie Mae Vance Harmon, died March 9 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was a computer technician for RESA II and a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran.
