HAROLD ALLEN BAISE, 42, of Hull, Ga., formerly of Chesapeake, died Wednesday in Hull. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

RONALD KEITH BLEVINS, 54, of Justice Addition, husband of Mary Jane (Conley) Blevins, died Thursday at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was a former employee for Chief Logan State Park. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville. Burial will follow at Conley Family Cemetery, Chapmanville. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dignity House.

RUTH ELLEN (COLLIER) BROWNING, 58, of Harts, wife of Roger Browning, died Friday at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was employed by the Salvation Army in Logan as a bookkeeper. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville. Burial will follow at Browning Cemetery, Little Harts. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

LORELEI-LEE STEPHENY BOWERS, 56, of Lavalette, wife of Rex Brian Bowers, died Monday at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the State of West Virginia. A memorial service will be 8 p.m. Monday at Chapman’s Mortuary. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington, 1101 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25709.

MARGARET RUTH CHAFFINS, 85, of Huntington, widow of Cassel W. Chaffins, died Wednesday, at her residence. She was a retired cook for the Cabell County Board of Education. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, Reger Funeral Chapel; burial at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Betty L. Wilson Clay, 81, died Thursday. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Davis Creek Church of the Nazarene, South Charleston. Burial will follow at Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova. THOMAS DANIEL, 77, of Blanchester, Ohio, formerly of Ashland, died Friday at Blanchester Care Center. Steen Funeral Home, Central Avenue Chapel, Ashland, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

Ruth Emily Boldman Freeman, 87, formerly of South Point, Ohio, died Sunday in Odessa, Texas, surrounded by family. A memorial service will be held at a later date. ROBERT W. HAGAN, 86, of Huntington, widow of Erma Jeffers Hagan, died Wednesday at his home. He served as president of Charles H. Hagan & Company. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, Trinity Episcopal Church, Huntington; interment at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Visitation from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the church. Welbern Eugene "Gene" Perry, 75, of Kenova, husband of Delores Mills Perry, died Friday in the Grayson Assisted Living Home. He was a retired inspector with Columbia Gas of Kentucky. LUCY HATTEN ROLLINS, 81, of Kenova, widow of Harold Rollins, died Wednesday at home. She was president of Rollins Funeral Home, Kenova. Funeral service noon Monday, First Baptist Church, Kenova.
