Five jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Five people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Douglas Leo White, 53, was incarcerated at 4:40 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Crystal Rae Hayslette, 25, was incarcerated at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $25,000.

Aaron Reed Gooderham, 23, was incarcerated at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and misdemeanor trespassing. Bond was $25,500.

Carol Frances Walls, 50, was incarcerated at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was $5,000.

Jonathan Scott Black, 20, was incarcerated at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with an unspecified felony indictment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
