Fire destroys vacant house

HUNTINGTON — Firefighters were battling a large fire at a vacant house in the 2600 block of Wilson Street late Friday night.

The fire was reported at about 10:30 p.m. Scanner traffic indicated the entire structure was burning and parts of it had collapsed.

No injuries had been reported as of 11 p.m.
