Man reported missing from Ky. health care facility
ASHLAND — The Ashland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating John L. Moore, a 24-year-old man last seen Friday afternoon at Artrips Care Facility at 3000 Central Avenue.
Police say Moore has mental disabilities and a mental capacity of a 12- to 14-year-old. He has a very high sex drive and impulsive and depressive disorders, according to police.
He has possibly contacted his family and said he does not want to go back to Artrips Care Facility. He is not under court order to be there.
Moore is described as a white man about 5-feet-4-inches tall and 185 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt with red writing and jean shorts.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact Ptm. Howard at the Ashland Police Department at 606-327-2020.
