HAROLD C. BARNETT, 83, of Ivel, Ky., widower of Imogene Allen Barnett, died Sunday at home. He retired from Columbia Gas. Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday, Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, Ky.; burial at Allen family section, East Gate Memorial Gardens, Eastern, Ky.

DAISY A. SUE BLACK, 68, of Huntington, W.Va., wife of Bob Black, died Monday in Huntington Hospice House. She was formerly a cashier at Thornburg’s Market. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

CLEO RUSSELL BROWN, 94, of Worthington, Ky., widower of Edna Mae Riley Brown, died Monday in King’s Daughters Medical Center. He retired from the C&O Railroad as a heavy equipment operator.
