Cornhole, basketball tournaments slated for July 11 in Burlington
BURLINGTON, Ohio — The Concerned Citizens of Burlington and Southern Ohio American Cornhole Organization are hosting basketball and cornhole tournaments Saturday, July 11, at Burlington Commons Park, 89 Township Road 1022.
The four-on-four (6 players per team) basketball tournament will begin at 8 a.m. Each team is limited to one current or former college player. Cost is $90 per team.

The cornhole tournament, which will feature singles and doubles divisions, will begin at noon. Cost is $40. To register, call Mark Lambert at 304-749-5986 or Dyana Tolliver at 304-552-3237. Registration also is available at Little Caeser’s.
Proceeds from the tournaments will go toward erecting a memorial for fallen Burlington veterans.
