Ten jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Ten people were jailed on felony charges since Monday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Rodney Yeargin, 21, was incarcerated at 2:40 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $25,000.

Asim Mahammed Peterson, 29, was incarcerated at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $25,000.

Floyd A. Barnett, 22, was incarcerated at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $25,000.

Angela Sue Smith, 38, was incarcerated at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $25,000.

John David McNeely, 25, was incarcerated at 1 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony nighttime burglary and misdemeanor obstruction. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Jeremy Wade Jackson, 35, was incarcerated at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony third-offense domestic battery. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Bobby Gene Meadows, 25, was incarcerated at 6:05 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Issac Earl Meadows, 60, was incarcerated at 6:05 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Ricky Lee Stumbo, 43, was incarcerated at 5:30 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with two counts of felony delivery of a controlled substance, along with three misdemeanor counts possession of a controlled substance and single counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving on a suspended/revoked license for a prior drunken driving conviction and transferring/receiving stolen property. Bond was $5,000.

Jason Matthew Hall, 27, was incarcerated at 3:40 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony third-offense shoplifting. Bond was $15,000.
