Better Foods chooses Frontier for telecommunications services
Better Foods Inc., which has 81 Gino’s Pizza & Spaghetti House and Tudor’s Biscuit World restaurants, has become a Frontier Communications customer.
Frontier will now provide telecommunications services in Better Foods Inc.’s restaurants.
Dana Waldo, senior vice president and general manager of Frontier in West Virginia, said Frontier is eager to serve one of the state’s most popular and successful businesses.
Ray Burkey, general manager for Better Foods said his company wants “the peace of mind to know that when our customers call in an order, there won’t be a major outage that forces them to make a different choice in restaurant providers and/or drains our company of valuable resources such as revenue and productivity.
“We feel confident that Frontier can provide our company with a reliable, dependable service, and that is why we chose them to be our telecommunications provider,” Burke said.
Dana Waldo, senior vice president and general manager of Frontier in West Virginia, said Frontier appreciates the entrepreneurial spirit that led to the restaurants’ great reputation across the state, adding that Frontier is prepared to develop telecommunications service programs for businesses across the state.
“Our sales team understands Better Foods Inc.’s needs and the role its restaurants and employees play in communities across the state,” Waldo said.
