Four jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Betty Ann Cooper, 29, was incarcerated at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Susan Lunn Maynard, 38, was incarcerated at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Patrick Sharp, 39, was incarcerated at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony attempted abduction, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $50,000.

Billy Joe Jones, 22, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $10,000.
