BILL CAMPBELL, 81, of Prestonsburg, Ky., widower of Ruth Allene Castle Campbell, died Tuesday in Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center. He was a retired welder and minister. REV. LAWRENCE V. CARTMILL, 88, of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Ruby Lake Cartmill, died Wednesday in St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was a retired Wesleyan minister and retired from the U.S. Army.
