Four jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Arlandus Maurice Nolen, 37, was incarcerated at 1:55 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony robbery. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Mary Fisher, 47, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with two counts felony forgery and three counts uttering. Bond was $50,000.

Shawn Paul Hackney, 33, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a felony warrant for failure to appear. He also faces felony conspiracy, forgery and identity theft in Kanawha County. Bond was denied pending arraignment in Putnam County.

James Darrell Robertson, 46, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
