GREGORY ALAN BAISDEN, 46, of Huntington, W.V.a, son of Millard and Thelma Maynard Baisden, died Oct. 23 at home. He was a coal miner. HELEN MARY HARBULAK, 91, of Huntington, W.Va., died Oct. 25 in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. She was a retired agent for the Internal Revenue Service. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

BRANDON J. HARTLEY, 37, of Huntington, W.Va., died Oct. 22. No services or visitation are scheduled. Beard Mortuary is assisting the family.
