Man sentenced in February arson

Purchase this photoHUNTINGTON — A Toledo, Ohio, man received a 12-year prison sentence for his role in setting fire to a West Huntington apartment building.
Quinton L. Kennie, 25, had entered a Kennedy plea to first-degree arson in August. He tried to withdraw that plea Wednesday.
Circuit Judge Paul T. Farrell denied that request and ordered the prison sentence, along with $160,000 in restitution.
The Feb. 2 fire destroyed a multi-unit apartment building in the 800 block of 9th Street West.
