Two charged with felonies early Saturday morning
BARBOURSVILLE — Two men were incarcerated on felony charges early Saturday morning in the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville.
Brendon Tyre Garner, 24, was incarcerated at 5:45 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony counts of possession with intent and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Walter Michael Carter, 50, was incarcerated at 4:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony counts of arson with bodily injury and third-degree arson. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
