Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were among those jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Justin Matthew Smythers, 32, was incarcerated at 6:05 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony burglary and misdemeanor petit larceny. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Sherry Johanna Cook, 41, was incarcerated at 12:05 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with felony nighttime burglary, along with misdemeanor petit larceny and destruction of property. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Francisco J. Puello, 27, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony home confinement violation. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
