Tractor-trailer crashes in Ironton

IRONTON — A tractor-trailer rolled onto its side at a busy intersection Thursday morning in Ironton, according to emergency dispatchers.

The accident occurred about 6:30 a.m. Thursday. It happened at the intersection of U.S. 52 and Ohio 93.
No injuries were reported.

Crews were still tending to the rolled over truck at 7:30 a.m. Reports from the scene indicate the truck was carrying coal, according to a dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Motorists were urged to use caution in the area.
